INTRODUCTION TO Global Indian International School – SMART Campus

Global Indian International School is run by the Global School Foundation, headquartered in Singapore, and has a presence in 7 different countries. Global Indian International School – SMART Campus provides multiple international curricula from preschool to Grade 12: the Montessori Programme, the IB Programme from Primary School to the IB Diploma, IGCSE examinations, and the Indian Curriculum.

CURRICULUM / AGES (GRADES)

The school provides several international curricula, allowing students to shift from one to another until grade 8.

Kindergarten (Ages 2.5 to 4): Global Montessori Plus Programme.

Primary School (Ages 5 to 11): Students may choose between the inquiry-led IB PYP or the rigorous CBSE.

Secondary School (Ages 12 to 18): After Primary, students may continue with the CSBE (Indian curriculum) or transition into an international curriculum, following the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme and pursuing the IGCSE and the IB Diploma.

Language of Instruction: English and Mandarin (Bilingual Programme for Grades 1-5).

Extra Languages: Mandarin, French, Tamil and Hindi.
