The French School of Kuala Lumpur (LFKL) or Lycée Français de Kuala Lumpur is a non-profit school and parents governed school established in 1962. The school counts on the benefits and support of the French Authorities and signed a convention with the Agency for French Education Abroad. The Agency is a network of 522 French schools in 139 countries with more than 330000 students worldwide.

FSKL welcomes 640 students from 55 different countries, from kindergarten to high school (Curriculum & Grade Equivalences overview). The school follows a French curriculum leading to the French Baccalaureate with a European section.

The school pursues academic excellence that is based on multilingual teaching and embraces cultural diversity and an international outlook.

An early English program is offered to kindergarten students through educational activities, based on the diversity of their language levels.

Later, in secondary school, students have the opportunity to learn in addition to English, one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Mandarin, or Bahasa, and receive the international certification every year.
