At Alice Smith School – Secondary Campus the following Stages are taught:
Key Stage 3 (Year 7 to Year 9)
During this first stage of Secondary students will study 14 different subjects including English, maths, science, and two moderns foreign languages. In Year 9, students will choose 2 elective subjects and explore their own interests before starting IGCSE courses in Year 10.
Key Stage 4 (Year 10 and Year 11)
This stage culminates with the IGCSE examinations and students learn English, mathematics, science, and one modern foreign language whilst also specialising in those subject areas which reflect their interests.
Alice Smith School offers a broad range of experiences in Key Stage 5 of which linear (2-year) A Levels are the main academic element. The school offers a broad range of A Level subjects, with over 24 options to choose from.
Alice Smith School aims consistently excellent academic results, which leads to an impressive 95% of the students obtaining a place at their first choice university, with the majority of students choosing to study in the UK.
Additionally, Alice Smith School seeks the all-around development of the students through wider learning opportunities: the Model United Nations, helping in the community, cultural days, extra curricular activities, art performances, sporting competitions, trips, and expeditions.
School fees are billed on a termly basis and vary from RM 85,680 (Year 7 & 8) to RM 93,300 (Year 12 & 13) per year in 2020-2021.
