Introduction Amity International School Amsterdam
Amity International School Amsterdam is a new private international school in the Amsterdam region that opened its doors in February 2018 and provides an international atmosphere for students and staff from 39 different countries. The school is part of the Amity Education Group, a non for profit education foundation created 25 years ago, and home to more than 150,000 students worldwide.
The vision and goal of Amity International School Amsterdam is to “empower each individual to thrive and make a positive difference”. For Amity International School the academic success of students improves when support systems and close relationships are built between home and school.
Curriculum / Ages (Grades)
Amity International School Amsterdam is:
- An accredited IB school that offers the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Early Years (ages 3-6) and Primary Years (ages 6-11), and
- A candidate IB School for the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) (ages 11-15) and Diploma Programme.
The International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is a globally recognized program that challenges students to take responsibility for their own learning and encourages them to become active world citizens.
Location / Campus
The school is located in Amstelveen, only 15 minutes away from Schiphol. The school is located in a unique monumental building surrounded by green spaces and focussed on the well-being of students.

Students are welcome to join the school at any point during the school year if there are places available.

School Fees for AY 2021-2022 varies from €15,990 per year in Early Years to €17,700 per year in Middle School.
