Integrated International School (IIS) is an inclusive boutique school in Singapore that offers a tailored syllabus based on the Australian Curriculum focus on an individualized approach to education for students from 4 to 16+ years of age.
The school is located within Clementi, a district in Singapore that is situated near Bukit Timah Nature Reserve Park.
IIS was founded in 2009 by Dr. Vanessa von Auer, one of Asia’s leading child experts. She is a clinical psychologist specializing in children, teenagers and their families. She built ISS on the principle that every child is capable of success that goes beyond one definition.
At Integrated International School (IIS) the traditional “one size fits all” approach to learning doesn’t apply and instead, the school offers two teaching approaches:
- The mainstream, where students benefit from diverse education and supportive environment,
- The mainstream with individualized support, which includes additional resources and learning support.
Some of the ratios of the school are proof of its individualized approach to education:
Primary School 1:5
Secondary School 1:6
Maximum Class Size
Among the Support Services, IIS provides access to Individualised Education Planning (IEPs) and behavioral and counseling support, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social skills training, in a small-size group or individual format.
Students at Integrated International School (IIS) prepare to take the National Assessment Programme – Literacy & Numeracy (NAPLAN) tests that are conducted in Grades 3, 5, 7 and 9.
At this boutique school, the facilities are purpose-built, creating a safe, nurturing sanctuary for students and families. Its facilities include a one-of-a-kind multi-sensory Ocean Snoezelen room and our indoor Occupational Therapy gym. The school also makes use of the surrounding community facilities.
School fees in 2021-22 vary from S$ 31,340.40 (incl. GST) for the Mainstream to S$ 38,894,50 (incl. SGT) for the Mainstream with Support.
