International French School Singapore, IFS, (formerly the Lycée Français de Singapour) is a top private international school in Singapore certified by the French Ministry of National Education and bound by a convention to the French government.

We like the French educational system because it highlights culture. It is a school that you find in any country in the world. Easy for people who move from country constantly. In Singapore the majority of students are French. They could encourage more multiculturalism inside and outside the school.

As English speaking parents we wanted to focus on giving our children full exposure to another language whilst they were young that they could get a really good foundation in and continue learning for the rest fo their lives. We tried this with Manadrin but with a few lessons a week it did not have the impact we wanted plus it is very hard to continue back in Europpe with the lack of good available tutors. We turned to the French school. What a great experience!! We are so impressed and our daughters (aged 7and 5) are now very strong in their conversational French. Most of all out gratitude and highest rating is for the Teachers and staff. Such kindness and consideration in supporting our family. Thank you!

Very good and experienced teachers. Many sports facilities: sports fields, swimming pools, gymnasiums, a stadium, climbing wall etc.
Several technological laboratories equipped wth the most modern materials.
English programme at primary level and an international stream at middle and high school. Strong focus on languages, Mandarin,spanish, german and latin.
Language exams: IGCSE, APTIS, DELF, IELTS, YCT and HSK level for mandarin.
