International School of Athens is a private international school in Athens, with three campuses in the northern suburb of Kifisia. It follows the IB programme from kindergarten to high school.

Formerly called TASIS, when my children attended the school. It is a small school compared with others we have known in other countries. Located in the north of Athens where most of Ex-Pats typically live. Very good location in a nice neighborhood. Facilities are not state of the art, and lacks space for sports (courts, fields,….)

I was very young when I went to this school so my experience certainly limited. However, I remember the teachers were all incredibly helpful and friendly, especially taking into account that I barely spoke English at the time. The school was a short walk from our house which was incredibly convenient. From what I can remember even though it wasn’t a very big school, the facilities were alright.
