Sotogrande International School (SIS) is a private day and boarding school which has provided an international education for over 40 years. SIS offers the IB curriculum to more than 1000 students from 3 to 18 years of age and from 50 countries. Sotogrande International School follows:

  • the Primary Years Programme (3-11 years),
  • the Middle Years Programme (12-16 years), and
  • the Diploma (16-18 years).

SIS pursues combine academic excellence with extraordinary educational experiences and promotes the use of technology and authentic service experiences for the students.

The school also offers learning support and an English language support programme. The English Language Development (ELD) programme supports students whose first language is not English.

School fees for the academic year 2020-21 vary from EUR 5,640 for five days in Nursey per school year to EUR 21,400 in Grades 11 and 12 (IB Diploma).  Sotogrande International School understands that many families move at short notice, and operates a year-round rolling admissions policy. Sotogrande International Boarding House is located among the luscious green golf courses of Southern Spain within the Urb. San Roque Club, only 30 minutes from Gibraltar, and 1 hour from both Malaga and Jerez airports. Sotogrande International Boarding House host more than 100 boarders from 32 nationalities and 24 languages spoken. However, English is the commonly spoken language.
