Solid school choice

Our children were at St George’s in Secondary School (one for the IGCSE) and we were very satisfied with the solid quality of the education, engagement of the teachers, openness of the administration. The facilities have recently been improved with the addition of a new gymnasium which will hopefully allow the school to improve the quality of its sports offerings. There are a wide range of after school activities and clubs offered. We particularly valued that the administration took parent feedback seriously and acted on it quickly. This school is a good choice for a solid education in the Düsseldorf/Duisburg area.

My sons had a great time

My sons started from nursery till grade 5. The school changed a lot through 7 years they attended it and always improving. The school has a family atmosphere and seems everyone knows everyone. Our kids where very happy there and had great teachers. Support is also very good for those who need it and the teachers always keep a possitive attitude. The PTA works well and close with management doing activities to involve parents in school community. They offer a variety of after school activities. They didn’t offered, at the moment we were there, bus service although school is well communicated by train and public bus. Car park is not too big for the school size and the traffic during drop-off and pick up times could be heavy.
Our sons keep very good memories for St. Georges.
